When creating my personal style magazine, I wanted to include product photography. Product photography is one of my favorite types of photography to create! However, I had to ensure the photos matched the style of the magazine. This meant I had to create editorial magazine product photography.

An important aspect of editorial magazine product photography is the posing and placement of the products. I saw a photo similar to the above one on Pinterest and was inspired! I had never seen anything like it. It shows the product in a creative yet still simple way. It adds slight personality and purpose to it.

These photos show the products I photographed with the model. They provides personality to the model and the product. I kept the model’s outfit and poses simple so the attention could still be focused on the products.
